GeoHydro Engineers provided construction materials testing services and special inspections in support of Piedmont Henry Hospitals new patient tower in Stockbridge, Georgia. This approximately $250 million expansion project represents a major investment in healthcare infrastructure for Henry County and the surrounding region. The multistory tower adds new inpatient rooms, expanded operating suites, and supporting infrastructure to enhance the hospitals capacity and ability to serve a growing community. GeoHydros scope included construction materials testing services and materials testing performed throughout site development and building construction. These efforts supported earthwork operations, and quality control activities. GeoHydro worked in coordination with the owner, design team, and construction partners as part of the broader project team. Scheduled to open in summer 2026, the Piedmont Henry patient tower demonstrates the collaborative planning and technical support required for largescale healthcare construction projects.
