Geo-Hydro supported the construction of four residential buildings and an associated pre cast concrete parking deck. The structures were built on shallow foundations, and the parking deck was supported on an improved subgrade with aggregate piers. The residential buildings featured wood framing over slabs on grade with masonry stair and elevator towers. Site work included grading with cuts and fills, installation of underground utilities, and construction of cast in place foundations or retaining walls to achieve the design elevations. Geo-Hydro provided environmental and geotechnical services prior to construction and construction materials testing services throughout the project.
