Sitework and construction of a 2-story facility for research and development at BI’s animal health facility. Included additional parking on the opposite side of the campus. Geo-Hydro prepared the geotechnical report for project design. During construction Geo-Hydro provided NPDES inspections, observation and testing for earthwork, shoring helical pier installation observation, shallow foundation observation, observation of reinforcing steel, concrete testing, structural steel inspection, fireproofing inspection, testing of pervious concrete pavement.
