Sitework and construction of a 2-story elementary school of structural masonry and structural steel construction. The parking lots and interior drives were paved directly over cement-treated soil. The project also included half a mile of offsite sewer pipe installation to connect to the JCWSA system. During construction Geo-Hydro provided NPDES inspections, observation and testing for earthwork, shallow foundation observation, observation of reinforcing steel, concrete testing, structural masonry and structural steel inspection, and asphalt and cement-treated soil testing.
