The project consisted of the construction of a 183 room, 10-story Moxy hotel. The building is supported by auger cast piles. Each level included the construction of a post-tensioned elevated concrete deck. The building is constructed of concrete, masonry, cold-formed metal framing, and structural steel. Geo-Hydro performed construction materials testing, special inspections, NPDES Compliance, and City of Atlanta (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire) inspections for the project.
