Geo-Hydro supported the development of the new TopGolf facility within the University City Entertainment District along Ikea Boulevard. Prior to construction, the team performed geotechnical and environmental services to help evaluate site conditions and support project planning. The facility was constructed with structural steel framing and poured concrete elevated slabs on shallow spread foundations with a slab on grade ground floor. The outfield included 27 net poles on deep foundations and 10 target structures. Site work included new asphalt parking areas and drive lanes.
